What is your minimum order?
Most styles start from 100 units. Larger quantities lower the price per box.
How long does production take?
Typically 10–15 business days after proof approval, plus delivery time.
Are your boxes food safe?
Yes. We use food-grade board and offer barrier coatings and liners for direct contact with oily or wet food.
Can you make a custom size?
Yes. Every box is made to order to your inside dimensions.
Do you help with artwork?
Yes. We supply a dieline and can lay out your logo and details if you don't have a designer.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Canberra, Darwin, Gold Coast and Newcastle and regional areas.
Can I get samples?
Plain samples are available to test sizes, and printed proofs are supplied before production.
Are your boxes recyclable?
Paperboard boxes are widely recyclable in Australia when clean. Kraft, film-free windows and water-based coatings help. Certified compostable options are available for some styles.
Can I order several designs at once?
Often yes, if they share the same size and board.
How do I pay?
Payment details are confirmed with your quote. Production starts after proof approval and payment.
